Delivery and Payment Terms

Delivery Times
The delivery time is calculated in business days and is listed for each product. Once the goods are dispatched, the customer is notified by email. The delivery time starts according to the payment type as follows. For cash on delivery, it begins immediately after the order is placed. For all other methods, it starts after the payment is reflected in the seller's account.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping costs are calculated based on the quantity of goods and the type of goods pickup as follows:
In-store Pickup - FREE.
Shipping via Zásilkovna - from 79 CZK, cash on delivery plus 23 CZK
Shipping via PPL in the Czech Republic – from 99 CZK, cash on delivery plus 25 CZK.
Shipping via PPL outside the Czech Republic – from 230 CZK (depending on the destination country).

 

Payment by bank transfer, e-payment, and in-store card payment are FREE, only e-payment via PayPal is subject to a fee of 25 CZK.

The final price for the selected shipping and payment method is displayed directly in the shopping cart (step 2).
A tax document (invoice) will be included with each shipment.

Payment Methods
Cash or card payment upon in-store pickup at Plastic Planet.
Cash on Delivery - the goods will be sent with cash on delivery, and the full amount will be collected by the delivery person upon receipt.
Bank Transfer - the option to pay via bank transfer from any bank account to the seller’s account at (name of your bank). Account number: 237266106 / 0300, bank: ČSOB. Please use your order number as the reference number. Once the payment is received, the shipment will be sent.
Online payment by credit card via the payment gateway on the e-shop or in our store.
The supplied goods remain the property of the seller until the full purchase price is paid, in accordance with the provisions of § 443 - 446 of the Commercial Code, or § 601 of the Commercial Code.

If the ordered goods are not paid for or picked up, the order will be canceled 14 days after the order date. To extend this period, please contact us by email.
