Providing personal data is voluntary, and the subject has the right to access and correct their data, including other legal rights to these data. The seller is committed to protecting the personal data provided by the buyer. The provided data will only be used for the seller’s purposes and will be handled in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data.

 

For working with personal data, we comply with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, which has fundamentally affected the rights and obligations of those whose personal data belong and those who work with it. To deliver your order directly to you, or to communicate with you, we need to know certain data (name, address, phone, email). If you are a company and require an invoice for the purchased goods, we will also need additional information (company name, ID, VAT number, bank account number). By providing any personal data through our e-shop, you acknowledge and explicitly agree to the collection, use, and transfer of these personal data.

We store this data in a database, so you don’t have to fill out the registration form again during your next purchase – just enter your username and password. We consider this data strictly confidential and do not share it with any third parties, except for courier/distribution services (Czech Post, PPL, DPD...) that receive the data for delivery purposes to the address you have provided. Your data will be corrected or removed from the registered customers database upon your request, simply by contacting us at shop@plasticplanet.cz.
