A Refund Can Be Requested by Withdrawing from the Agreement
When entering into a purchase agreement via remote communication means, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. During this period, the buyer must deliver to the seller an act that expresses the intention to withdraw from the agreement, as required by the applicable legal regulations. The buyer may exercise this right to withdraw from the agreement by either delivering the goods personally to the seller's store along with the declaration of withdrawal or by sending the goods at their own expense to the seller's address through one of the carriers, along with a written declaration of withdrawal. When withdrawing from the purchase agreement within 14 days, in accordance with § 53 paragraph 7 of the Commercial Code, the buyer has the right to withdraw without any penalties. This does not affect the seller's right to reimbursement for the costs associated with returning the goods.
The goods must be returned undamaged, preferably in the original packaging, without signs of use, and including all accessories, warranty cards, and manuals. If all the above conditions for returning the goods are met, the money for the goods will be refunded to the buyer’s account within 30 days from the withdrawal from the agreement. The buyer is not entitled to reimbursement for the shipping costs paid to the seller in connection with the delivery of the goods by the carrier for the return.
Refunds can be claimed if the following conditions are met:
- The right to a refund is valid within 14 days from the delivery of the goods.
- The goods must not be damaged.
- The goods must be in the original packaging.
